Non-returnable items / Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on any of our items. This is due to all of our coats being custom made to your measurments provided, so we are unable to re-sell the product. Please ensure the correct sizing is clearly stated on the notes section at checkout, or alternatively you can message us on Instagram for help on sizing.
Shipping Policy / Shipping Time
All of our products are "Pre Order" as they are all custom made. This means shipping takes 2-3 weeks to be delivered from the original order date. Please bare this in mind when ordering.
